We kindly request that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your massage or Japanese head spa appointment to another client who may be waiting for a time to relax and unwind.

Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will result in a full charge of the service booked. No-shows will also be charged in full. If your appointment was reserved using a discounted or promotional rate, the full regular service price will be applied.

We understand that plans can change. To avoid cancellation fees, you are welcome to send someone in your place for your scheduled massage or head spa service. Please notify Zen-Ergy Spa in advance so we can update the appointment accordingly.

If you arrive late to your scheduled appointment, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full service price will apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation and charged in full as a cancellation fee. This policy applies to all bookings, including discounted or promotional services.

While we will always do our best to accommodate slight delays, this is not guaranteed due to scheduling commitments for other massage and head spa clients.
