I’ve been a licensed massage therapist for over 12 years, specializing in Swedish and prenatal massage. I take pride in creating a warm, comfortable space where clients can truly relax and focus on their well-being. My goal is to provide thoughtful, personalized care while continuing to learn new techniques to best support each client’s needs.

I believe in the power of consistent self-care — I’ve seen incredible improvements in those who make it a regular part of their lives.

Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of three, and my family of five loves spending time outdoors exploring new and familiar places. I also enjoy hearing about my clients’ favorite adventures and travel stories!
