CANCELATIONS
We kindly request that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.
Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full as well as no-shows. If the appointment booked was a discounted rate, the non-discounted rate will be charged.
We also offer the opportunity for you to send someone in on your behalf to avoid and cancelation fees. Please contact the spa or your provider to let them know someone will be taking your spot.
