CANCELATIONS

We kindly request that any appointment cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged in full as well as no-shows. If the appointment booked was a discounted rate, the non-discounted rate will be charged.

We also offer the opportunity for you to send someone in on your behalf to avoid and cancelation fees. Please contact the spa or your provider to let them know someone will be taking your spot. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need to make changes to your appointment, please contact us promptly.

LATE ARRIVALS

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we maintain a punctuality policy. If you arrive late for your scheduled appointment, the late arrival will result in a deduction from your appointment time. If you are greater than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation, and you will be charged the full appointment cost as a cancellation fee, please note this also applies to any discounted bookings. There may be times your provider can accommodate a few minutes, but it is never guaranteed. We kindly request that clients arrive at least 15 minutes early to their scheduled appointment time to allow for check-in and preparation, ensuring the full duration of the service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our scheduling commitments and providing quality service to all our clients.

BOOKING

To ensure exceptional service for every client, we request a credit card to secure all reservations. Our spa experiences are subject to availability, and while we strive to maintain menu service and prices, they may be subject to occasional changes without prior notice. Please note that we uphold the right to decline service to anyone.

If a non-working card is on file and a charge was meant to go through, you will be subject to pre-paying for any and all services booked as well as paying for the service that didn't go through.

As always, your card on file will not be charged unless there is a no show or cancelation outside of the accepted timeframe.

GIFT CARDS

While we love that you may decide to purchase a gift card for a loved one to visit and relax at our oasis, please keep in mind these are sold and redeemed at provider discretion. Gift cards aren’t currently available, but purchasing an appointment for a loved one is always an option.
